Angle 1: A smile designed for your face

Variation 1 of 2
A smile designed for your features
Headline: See a smile designed for you

Hook options:
1. A smile design should work with your face, your proportions and the way you smile.
2. The goal is a smile that looks like it belongs to you.
3. You can see a Digital Smile Design on your own photographs before treatment decisions are made.

Perfect 10™ smile design begins with your face and your teeth, then a Digital Smile Design gives you a visual starting point for the discussion. You can ask what's being proposed and why it suits your case. Tap through to see how a complimentary consultation begins.
Variation 2 of 2
See the proposed smile first
Headline: See the design on your photos

Hook options:
1. You should be able to react to a smile design before treatment starts.
2. Your own photographs can be part of the smile-design conversation.
3. A visual preview gives you a clearer way to discuss a cosmetic plan.

Digital Smile Design puts the proposed direction in front of you before you decide on treatment. It gives the consultation a concrete place to start: shape, proportion and the result you want to work toward. Follow the link to see the Perfect 10™ consultation process.

Angle 2: One principal, one standard of craft

Variation 1 of 2
One principal planning the work
Headline: A principal-led smile plan.

Hook options:
1. Your cosmetic plan should have a clear clinical point of view behind it.
2. A smile makeover is easier to discuss when one principal is responsible for the plan.
3. You deserve continuity from the first conversation through the work.

Sydney Cosmetic Dentist is a single-principal practice, established in 2006. Your consultation is built around the teeth in front of you and the result you want to see in the mirror. Click through to see how a Perfect 10™ smile plan is discussed.
Variation 2 of 2
The craft behind a smile plan
Headline: Look at the work behind it

Hook options:
1. A cosmetic recommendation should have visible clinical work behind it.
2. Before you choose a cosmetic dentist, look at how they talk about the details.
3. A smile plan carries more weight when you can inspect the cases and the method.

Perfect 10™ veneers are hand-crafted as part of a considered smile-design process. The practice also teaches and speaks on cosmetic dentistry. Tap through to see the patient journeys and the consultation process before you choose a direction.

Angle 3: Bring the plan you're unsure about

Variation 1 of 2
Bring the plan you received
Headline: Bring your treatment plan

Hook options:
1. If you have a cosmetic treatment plan you're unsure about, bring it to a second opinion.
2. A treatment quote can raise questions you should be able to ask in person.
3. You can compare a proposed cosmetic plan before you commit to it.

Sydney Cosmetic Dentist offers a complimentary second-opinion consultation for eligible new patients who bring their original treatment plan. It's a chance to discuss the proposed work, your concerns and the outcome you're trying to achieve. Follow the link to see the terms and book a consultation.
Variation 2 of 2
A plan with four considerations
Headline: A considered smile plan

Hook options:
1. A smile makeover has to consider more than how teeth look in one photograph.
2. Your treatment plan should account for stability, aesthetics and function.
3. Cosmetic treatment gets clearer when the plan has a structure behind it.

The S.A.F.E framework considers stability, aesthetics, function and empowerment as part of a treatment recommendation. It gives you a clearer way to discuss what's being proposed. Tap through to see how this conversation works in a consultation.

Angle 4: Dental anxiety deserves a considered pace

Variation 1 of 2
A slower first step for anxious patients
Headline: Start at your own pace

Hook options:
1. Feeling anxious about dental care can make even a first appointment feel like a large step.
2. You can start a dental conversation at a pace you can manage.
3. Avoiding the dentist for years doesn't make you harder to help.

The first consultation is a space to talk through what has kept you away, what you want to change and what support you may need during treatment. Sydney Cosmetic Dentist offers a no-judgement approach and discusses anxiety-management options where suitable. Click through to see how to start.
Variation 2 of 2
Discuss your concerns before treatment
Headline: A calmer way to begin

Hook options:
1. A cosmetic consultation should give you room to ask the questions that have held you back.
2. You don't need to arrive with every decision made.
3. Feeling nervous about dental treatment deserves a considered first conversation.

The consultation starts with your concerns, your dental history and the smile you want to work toward. You can discuss support options and the pace of care before treatment is planned. Follow the link to see what happens at a first visit.

Angle 5: Premium treatment needs visible proof

Variation 1 of 2
Look at real patient journeys
Headline: Look beyond the promise

Hook options:
1. Before choosing a smile makeover, spend time with the cases behind the promise.
2. Patient journeys show more than a polished finished photograph.
3. A cosmetic result deserves proof you can look at closely.

Sydney Cosmetic Dentist publishes patient journeys so prospective patients can see the kinds of concerns and plans the practice works with. Those cases give you a better starting point for your own questions. Tap through to look at the work and arrange a consultation.
Variation 2 of 2
Evidence for a natural result
Headline: See the cases behind the craft

Hook options:
1. Natural-looking veneers are easier to judge when you can see documented cases.
2. Look for the details in a smile makeover, alongside the finished photo.
3. A case gallery can give you better questions for your own consultation.

Documented cases help you see how different concerns can be approached through smile design. Your own plan will depend on your teeth, facial features and clinical needs. Open the link to view the patient journeys and see how a consultation begins.

Long-Form Explainer Video Script 1 complete script

Offer: Perfect 10™ veneers / smile makeover, complimentary consultation CTA (Sydney Cosmetic Dentist)
Estimated length: 7 minutes

If you've been thinking about veneers, or a full smile makeover, this video will show you how to get the smile of your dreams designed around your own face, and how to see it before any treatment begins. That's the idea behind the Perfect 10™, a smile makeover built from ten hand-crafted porcelain veneers, each one shaped to the person wearing it. By the end of this video you'll know how it works, who it suits, and how to find out what it would look like on you.

We're Sydney Cosmetic Dentist, a boutique practice in Bondi Junction, established in 2006. Every case that comes through our doors is planned and performed by the principal dentist himself, a cosmetic dentist who's been practising since 2004 and who spent twenty years developing and refining the Perfect 10™. There's no roster of junior clinicians and no handballing between chairs. One craftsman owns your case from the first conversation to the final fit, and our patients have rated that experience 4.9 stars on Google.

Why does any of this deserve your attention right now? Because the pattern we see in consultation after consultation is the same. People tell us they've spent years angling away from the camera, pressing their lips together in meetings, covering their mouth when they laugh. They've thought about doing something for a long time, and two things kept stopping them: they couldn't picture what they'd end up with, and they were worried they'd walk out with somebody else's smile, that bright white row of identical teeth you can spot from across the room. Both of those problems have been solved. Digital Smile Design means you can now see a preview of your new smile, mapped to your face, before you commit to treatment. And a genuinely individual approach means the design starts with your features, your lip line, your proportions, so the finished result reads as naturally yours. The technology to do this properly exists today. What's rare is a practice built around using it one patient at a time.

So this is how it works. Everything starts with a consultation at our Bondi Junction practice. You'll sit down for an unhurried conversation about what you want your smile to be, followed by a comprehensive examination with photographs and 3D imaging, so every decision that follows rests on a complete picture of your mouth. From there we create your Digital Smile Design, a preview of your finished smile built around your face, and you'll see it and refine it with us before anything else happens. The whole process is governed by our S.A.F.E framework, which stands for Stability, Aesthetics, Function and Empowerment. In practice that means your new smile has to be healthy underneath, beautiful on the surface, comfortable to bite and chew with, and something you feel completely confident wearing. Then the veneers themselves are hand-made in porcelain, ten of them, crafted and fitted individually. What you end up with is a smile that was designed, previewed and built for one person, and that person is you.

Now for the questions everyone asks, starting with the big one: what does it cost? You won't find a sticker price on our website, and that's because no two smile makeovers are the same, so quoting one number for every mouth would be misleading. What we can tell you is that you'll receive a complete, written treatment plan with the full investment laid out before you decide anything, and payment plans are available through Smile Right, Humm and SuperCare, which can include access to superannuation for eligible treatment. Will it look fake? This is exactly what the Digital Smile Design preview protects you from. You see the design first, and if it doesn't look like you, we keep refining until it does. What if you're terrified of the dentist? You'd be in good company. A lot of the people we treat avoided dentists for years, and they'll tell you themselves that they were met without judgement and without lectures. We also offer sedation options for anxious patients, so fear doesn't have to be the reason you keep waiting. And if you've already been given a treatment plan by another clinic and something about it doesn't sit right, bring it with you. We offer new patients a complimentary second-opinion consultation, valued at $250, where we'll evaluate what you've been told elsewhere and give you a considered read on it, guided by the same S.A.F.E approach.

Who's this for? It's for people who see their smile as part of who they are, who want a natural, premium result designed around their own face, and who'd rather have one experienced clinician own the whole process than be passed through a production line. Plenty of our patients are professionals and business owners around Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, though people travel from much further for this work. Who's it wrong for? Anyone shopping on price alone. There are cheaper ways to put veneers on teeth, and there are volume clinics happy to do it. That has never been what this practice is, and it never will be.

If what you've heard so far sounds like what you've been looking for, the next step is simple. Fill in the short form just below this video, and answer each question as fully as you can. It takes about a minute, and it tells us about your smile and what you're hoping to change. Depending on what you tell us, we'll invite you to book a consultation at our Bondi Junction practice, where you'll get that unhurried conversation, the comprehensive examination, and the beginning of a smile designed around your face.

Before you go, it's worth hearing from people who've sat in that chair. One patient wrote:

"The best dentist I have ever been to. Amazing service and amazing results. Highly recommended to all."

Another, who came to us as a very anxious patient, put it this way:

"I've been coming to see Peter for over 10 years now. When I started my teeth health was low and challenging but with Peter's optimism and expertise I got through it. I reckon IRL he'd be the keeper friend who sticks by you when things get tough because that's what he did. I was a nervy patient - like really bad - but I'm not now. And my mouth health is really good, which makes me so happy! So to the nervy, tooth challenged ones out there give him a go; I think you'll be pleasantly surprised"

And one more, simply:

"Dr Peter is the best in the business. Great customer service. Highly recommended."

Every one of those people once wondered whether it was worth picking up the phone.

What you're really deciding today is whether you keep managing your smile, hiding it, editing it out of photos, or whether you find out exactly what it could be. You'll see the design before you commit, you'll know the complete plan before you decide, and the whole thing will be crafted by one clinician who's spent two decades perfecting exactly this. So fill in the form just below this video, answer each question as fully as you can, and depending on your answers, we'll invite you in for a consultation. Your smile is waiting to be designed.

Video 1: Welcome

Thanks for booking your consultation with us at Sydney Cosmetic Dentist. Your appointment is locked in at our practice in Bondi Junction, and the confirmation with all the details is already on its way to your inbox.

While you're here, it's worth knowing what happens next. When you come in, you'll sit down with the team for a proper look at your smile. That means a full examination, photographs, and scans where they're needed, because a smile that's designed for your face starts with understanding what's going on in your mouth. If another dentist has already given you a treatment plan, bring it along. We'll go through it with you line by line and tell you plainly what we'd keep, and what we'd do differently.

Between now and your visit, a few short emails will land in your inbox. Each one answers a question new patients ask us all the time, so when you see them, they're worth the minute they take to read. They're there to save you from walking in with question marks hanging over the whole thing.

Below this video you'll find a set of short clips. They cover the things people most want to know before they come in, like what treatment costs and why we don't publish prices, whether veneers end up looking fake, and what we do for patients who genuinely dread the dentist. Watch the ones that speak to your situation. It means your consultation can skip the basics and go straight into the detail of your own smile.

We're looking forward to meeting you at the practice. See you soon.

Video 2: Why We Don't Publish Prices

You've probably noticed there's no price list sitting on our website, and if you've been quoted very different numbers by different clinics around Sydney, the whole subject can start to feel murky. So I'll explain how pricing works here.

Every smile we design is built for one person. Ten hand-crafted porcelain veneers planned around your face is a completely different case to restoring two chipped front teeth, and both of those are different again to a full mouth reconstruction. A single number on a website would be a guess, and guesses are how patients end up with surprise costs halfway through treatment.

What we do instead is examine your mouth properly at the consultation, design what your smile needs, and put an exact figure in writing before anything begins. You'll know the full cost while you're still deciding, never after.

On affordability, the practice works with payment plan providers including Smile Right and Humm, and with SuperCare, which helps eligible patients apply to access their superannuation for treatment. The team will walk you through the options that fit your circumstances.

And the consultation itself is complimentary. If you're bringing a treatment plan from another dentist for a second opinion, that consultation is valued at $250 and costs you nothing as a new patient. Come in, get examined, and leave with a real number instead of a guess.

Video 3: Will My Veneers Look Fake?

It's the question almost everyone brings in with them. You've seen the piano-key veneers on social media, the ones you can spot from across a room, and you'd rather keep your own teeth than end up with those.

That look comes from one-size-fits-all veneers placed without any design work. It's the exact thing our whole process exists to avoid. Dr Peter Poulos developed the Perfect 10™ system over 20 years, and it starts from your defining features. The shape of your face, your lips, the way you smile. Each piece of porcelain is hand-crafted for you, tooth by tooth, so the result reads as a naturally excellent version of your own smile.

You also see it before you commit. Through Digital Smile Design, we show you a preview of your new smile built on your own photographs, while everything is still on the drawing board. If something doesn't feel like you, it gets changed at the design stage, long before anything touches your teeth.

Have a look at the Patient Journeys section on our website before you come in. The before and after cases there are real patients of the practice, and you can judge for yourself how natural the results look. Then at your consultation, tell the team what you like and what worries you, and it'll be designed in from the start.

Video 4: What If I'm Terrified of the Dentist?

If the thought of a dental chair makes your stomach drop, you're in good company here, and there's something you should know before you come in. A large share of our patients arrived exactly the same way. Some of them hadn't seen a dentist in years and were braced for a lecture about it.

That lecture doesn't happen at this practice. Nobody's going to make you feel small here about the years you stayed away or how your teeth got to where they are. You'll be told what's going on in your mouth and what can be done about it, and you stay in control of every decision from there.

One of our long-term patients, Kaaren, put it like this in her Google review: "I was a nervy patient - like really bad - but I'm not now." She'd avoided treatment for years, and she's now been with us for more than a decade with her dental health in genuinely good shape.

For patients who need more support than reassurance alone, the practice offers dental anxiety management, including sedation options, and the team will happily talk you through those at your consultation. Mention how you're feeling when you come in. It changes how we pace things, and it's information we want to have.

Video 5: I Already Have a Treatment Plan From Another Dentist

If another clinic has handed you a treatment plan and something about it doesn't sit right, whether that's the price, the amount of work proposed, or just a feeling you got in the room, this is exactly what our complimentary second opinion consultation is for.

Bring the original plan with you. We'll go through it against our S.A.F.E approach, which weighs every recommendation for stability, aesthetics, function and empowerment, and give you a plain breakdown of what you may have been told elsewhere. Sometimes the plan you're holding is sound, and we'll tell you so. You lose nothing by having it checked. Other times there's a simpler path, a more durable one, or work in the plan you don't need at all, and you'll want to know that before you've paid for it.

The consultation is valued at $250 and is complimentary for new patients considering cosmetic or restorative treatment. It includes a proper cosmetic consultation and evaluation of the plan you bring in, with your options laid out side by side so you can make the call with everything in front of you.

Whatever you decide afterwards, you'll walk out understanding your own mouth better than you did walking in.

Video 6: How Do I Know the Results Are Real?

Fair thing to check before you give anyone your time. A lot of clinics show polished stock photos and call it proof, so it's worth knowing what you can verify about this practice yourself before you come in.

Sydney Cosmetic Dentist has operated in Bondi Junction since 2006, with every case treated by Dr Peter Poulos himself rather than being passed around a roster of clinicians. The practice holds 4.9 stars on Google, and those reviews are public. Read them before your consultation, including the critical ones, and see what patients say in their own words.

Then look at the Patient Journeys section of our website. The cases there are documented patients of this practice, with the before and after photography shown openly, covering full veneer cases, smile design work and full-arch implant treatment.

When you come in, ask to see cases like yours. If your situation resembles something we've treated before, the team can walk you through how that case was planned and what the patient's process looked like. You shouldn't have to take anyone's word for it, ours included, when the evidence can be put in front of you.

Send: Immediately after booking (fires on form submission)

Hi,

Your complimentary consultation is locked in. We're at Shop 2, Eclipse Building, 1 Adelaide Street, Bondi Junction, and the front desk will be expecting you.

A little about what the visit involves, so nothing on the day comes as a surprise:

- A proper look at your teeth, including photographs and any scans we need, so the conversation is based on your actual mouth rather than assumptions.
- A conversation about what you'd like your smile to look like, and what's been holding you back from doing something about it.
- If you've been given a treatment plan by another dentist, bring it with you. Part of what we do at a second-opinion consultation is go through that plan with you and explain what it does and doesn't cover.

There's no treatment at this appointment and nothing to commit to. You'll leave knowing where your teeth stand and what your options look like, and you can take that home and sit with it for as long as you like.

If you'd like a feel for the practice before you come in, the before-and-after cases on our website show the kind of work we do: https://sydneycosmeticdentist.com.au/patient-journeys/

Email 2: the cost question, answered as far as an email can

Subject: About the cost of cosmetic dentistry
Preview: What your consultation costs, and how the price of treatment actually gets worked out.
Send: Day 1, morning

Hi,

The question most people carry into a first visit is what all of this will cost, so it deserves an answer before you're sitting in the chair.

Your consultation itself is complimentary. The second-opinion consultation we offer new patients is valued at $250, and you pay nothing for it.

Treatment pricing is a different thing, and there's a reason you won't find a price menu on our website. A smile makeover is designed around your teeth, your face and how much work your case actually needs, so two patients asking for the same thing can end up with quite different plans. A number quoted before we've examined you would be a guess, and we'd rather not guess with your money.

What you can expect instead: after your consultation you'll receive a written treatment plan with the full cost set out, before anything begins. There are also payment plan options through Smile Right and Humm, and SuperCare can help eligible patients access superannuation for major treatment, so the way you pay can be shaped around you as well.

Email 3: one patient's experience, in her own words

Subject: What one implant patient said afterwards
Preview: A recent Google review from an implant patient, and what sat behind it.
Send: Day 1, afternoon

Hi,

Reviews written by us would be worthless, so this one is written by a patient. Megan came in for implant surgery, which is about as daunting as dentistry gets, and left this on Google afterwards:

"I had my implant surgery done here and had a really positive experience. Peter was excellent from start to finish. He put me completely at ease, explained everything clearly and made what I was expecting to be a stressful procedure feel very manageable."

What sat behind that review is the same process you'll see at your consultation. Every case at this practice is planned before it's touched: a thorough examination, photographs and scans first, then a clear explanation of what we found and what we recommend, in order, with nothing sprung on you partway through. Patients relax when they can see the whole road ahead, and that's deliberate.

Megan's case is one of many. We hold a 4.9-star rating on Google, and you're welcome to read the rest before you come in. If you'd rather look than read, the before-and-after gallery is here: https://sydneycosmeticdentist.com.au/patient-journeys/

Email 4: will it look fake

Subject: The fear of the fake-looking result
Preview: You preview the result on your own face before anything is done to your teeth.
Send: Day 2, morning

Hi,

The worry we hear most from smile makeover patients is some version of: I've seen veneers that look like a row of bathroom tiles, and I don't want that.

Neither do we, and the process itself is what prevents it. Every smile we design starts with your face. Digital Smile Design lets us plan the result on your own features and show it to you before treatment begins, so you're approving a preview of your smile rather than trusting a description of it. If something about the preview doesn't feel like you, we adjust the design, and nothing touches your teeth until you're happy.

The Perfect 10™ system behind our veneer work was developed over 20 years, and every set is hand-made porcelain, shaped and shaded to your defining features rather than pulled from a catalogue. What we're after is a smile that people notice without being able to say why, because it belongs on your face.

You can judge the results for yourself in the gallery: https://sydneycosmeticdentist.com.au/patient-journeys/

Email 5: five questions to ask any cosmetic dentist

Subject: Five questions to ask any cosmetic dentist
Preview: A short list you can use at any practice, including ours.
Send: Day 2, afternoon

Hi,

A list you can use whether you end up in our chair or someone else's. Whoever you see about your smile, ask them these five things:

- Who actually does the work? In some clinics the dentist who consults isn't the one who treats. Here, every case is planned and delivered by the same principal dentist, practising cosmetic dentistry since 2004.
- Can I see the result before committing? Ask for a digital preview on your own face. If the answer is no, you're being asked to buy blind.
- Have you treated cases like mine? Ask to see before-and-after photos of teeth that started where yours are, since a lovely gallery of easy cases tells you little.
- What material is being used, and where is it made? Hand-made porcelain and a mass-produced blank are very different things sitting on your teeth for the next decade.
- What exactly does the quote include? Scans, temporaries, follow-up visits and adjustments can sit inside one quote and outside another, which changes what a number really costs.

Bring the list on the day if you like. We're glad to answer all five.

Email 6: if you're dreading this appointment

Subject: If you're nervous about this appointment
Preview: Plenty of our patients avoided dentists for years. One of them explains what changed.
Send: Day 3, morning

Hi,

Quite a few of the people who book with us haven't sat in a dental chair for years, and most of them expect a lecture about it when they arrive. That lecture doesn't happen here. You won't be judged for the state of your teeth or how long it's been, because shame has never once helped a patient get treated.

Kaaren, who has been coming to the practice for over ten years, put it this way in her Google review:

"I was a nervy patient - like really bad - but I'm not now. And my mouth health is really good, which makes me so happy! So to the nervy, tooth challenged ones out there give him a go; I think you'll be pleasantly surprised"

If anxiety is a real barrier for you, tell us when you arrive, or reply to this email beforehand so we know before you walk in. We manage dental anxiety every week, sedation options are available for treatment, and the pace of your consultation is set by you. Nothing happens in that room without your say-so.

Email 7: if you're comparing quotes

Subject: Comparing quotes from different dentists
Preview: Two quotes for the same smile can describe very different treatment. How to read them.
Send: Day 3, midday

Hi,

If you already have a quote from another practice, bring it to your consultation. Going through other dentists' treatment plans with patients is a normal part of what we do, and it's exactly what the second-opinion consultation is for.

When you put two quotes side by side, the bottom line is the least informative number on the page. The differences that decide what you actually get live in the detail:

- Whether the plan treats the cause or just the appearance. A smile built on unstable foundations needs redoing, and redone work costs more than work done properly once.
- What the quote includes. Scans, temporaries, review appointments and adjustments are inside some quotes and billed on top in others.
- Who does the work and what they've done before. Ask to see completed cases like yours.
- Which lab makes the porcelain, and whether it's hand-made for you or ordered off a shelf.

At your consultation we'll go through your existing plan line by line and tell you what we'd do differently, if anything. Sometimes the answer is that the plan you have is sound, and you'll hear that from us too.

Email 8: tomorrow, and how to get the most from it

Subject: Your consultation is tomorrow
Preview: Where to come, what to bring, and how to move it if you need to.
Send: Day 3, afternoon (or morning of the visit if the appointment is early)

Hi,

Your consultation is tomorrow, at Shop 2, Eclipse Building, 1 Adelaide Street, Bondi Junction. Arriving a few minutes early gives the front desk time to sort your paperwork before you're seen.

Worth bringing, if you have them:

- Any treatment plan or quote from another dentist
- Recent x-rays or scans, if a previous practice gave you copies
- The questions from our earlier email, or your own list

You don't need any of it, though. If you arrive with nothing but yourself, the consultation works exactly the same.

If tomorrow no longer suits, reply to this email or phone the practice on 02 5502 1236 and we'll find you another time, no trouble at all.

See you tomorrow,
The team at Sydney Cosmetic Dentist

Email 1: Why some veneers look fake

Subject: Why some veneers look fake

You can spot bad veneers from across a room. Too white, too square, identical on every face that walks out of the same clinic. It's the fear we hear most often at consultation: people want to change their smile and are worried about ending up looking like they bought one.

The fake look has a cause. Those veneers were designed on a bench, to a standard shape and shade, with no reference to the face they'd live in. A length that suits a long narrow face looks wrong on a rounder one, and a shade that flatters olive skin turns chalky against a fair complexion. Teeth read as natural when they agree with the lips and proportions around them, and read as false the moment they don't.

That's why every Perfect 10™ case starts with your face. Ten porcelain veneers are hand-made for you alone, and through Digital Smile Design you see the finished result on photographs of your own smile before a single tooth is touched.

Email 2: If it's been years since you saw a dentist

Subject: If it's been years

A surprising number of the people we see haven't sat in a dental chair for five or ten years. It usually starts with one rough experience or one lecture, and after that it gets easier to keep putting the next visit off. The longer it goes, the more uncomfortable the thought of the appointment becomes, which keeps the whole thing going.

If that's you, you'll be in familiar company here. Whatever state your teeth are in, we've seen it before, and the first consultation starts with what you'd like to change rather than a commentary on how things got this way. Nothing goes ahead until you've understood the plan and agreed to it.

One patient, who first came to us as an anxious avoider and has now been with the practice for more than ten years, put it this way in her Google review: "I was a nervy patient - like really bad - but I'm not now. And my mouth health is really good, which makes me so happy!"

Getting from where she started to where she ended up took less courage than she expected. The hardest appointment is the first one.

Email 3: How to read a treatment plan

Subject: Before you accept a treatment plan

At some point, most people considering cosmetic work end up holding a treatment plan from a clinic, deciding whether to go ahead. A few things are worth checking before you sign.

Start with the reasons. Every item on the plan should carry an explanation you could repeat back to a friend. If it says crown and nobody has told you why a crown rather than something more conservative, that's a question to ask before anything else.

Then look at the order of work. Sound cosmetic dentistry deals with the health of the mouth first, because veneers bonded over an unstable bite or untreated gum trouble tend to fail early, however good they look on day one. A plan that jumps straight to the visible work without a word about what sits underneath deserves a second look.

We evaluate treatment plans from other clinics for new patients as a standing offer, and we'll cover how that works in a coming email. For now, keep the plan and keep asking questions until every line on it makes sense to you.

Email 4: What happens before any veneer is made

Subject: What happens before veneers

A porcelain veneer has two jobs: looking like a natural tooth, and surviving years of everything you bite into. Most of the work that decides whether it manages both happens before the porcelain exists.

Your first visit with us is a comprehensive examination, with photographs plus an OPG and a CT scan, so treatment is planned from a complete picture of your mouth instead of a quick look and a guess. From there, the case is planned under our S.A.F.E approach, which puts the stability of your bite and the health of what the veneers attach to ahead of anything cosmetic. Porcelain placed on a solid foundation behaves itself for years, while the same porcelain placed over an unresolved problem becomes an expensive way to hide it for a short while.

Only then does the design work begin, with Digital Smile Design showing you the intended result on your own photographs before treatment starts. By the time anything is made, there are no open questions about what you're getting or why.

Email 5: The cost question

Subject: The cost question

You may have noticed we don't publish treatment prices on our website. Until we've actually examined your teeth, any number would be a guess, and guesses in either direction serve nobody. What we can tell you about is how paying for treatment works here.

Every case is quoted individually after your examination, in writing, before anything begins, and nothing proceeds until you've agreed to it. There are no surprises added along the way, because the plan you approve is the plan that gets carried out.

For larger treatment, payment plans through providers such as Smile Right and Humm let you spread the cost over time, and eligible patients can apply through SuperCare to access superannuation for major dental work. A full price list is also available on request through our website.

If cost has been the thing keeping you from finding out what's possible, the sensible move is to get your actual number rather than live with an imagined one.

Email 6: A second opinion on the quote in your drawer

Subject: Complimentary second opinion consultation

If you've been given a treatment plan by another clinic and something about it doesn't sit right, whether the scope, the cost or the way it was explained, we can look at it with you.

We run a standing offer for new patients: a complimentary second opinion consultation, valued at $250. You bring the original treatment plan from the other dentist, and you receive a cosmetic consultation together with an evaluation of what you've been told, planned under the same S.A.F.E approach we use for our own cases. Often we agree with the plan you already have, and we'll tell you so. Where we don't, you'll leave knowing exactly what differs and why, and you can make the decision from there.

The practice has been in Bondi Junction since 2006 and holds 4.9 stars on Google.

To book, use the consultation booking form on our website or phone the practice, and mention the second opinion consultation when you do. It applies to cosmetic and restorative treatment, and the original treatment plan is what makes the evaluation possible, so please have it with you.

Things people ask before booking.

If yours isn't here, it's the first thing we'll cover on the call.

So you just used ChatGPT?
ChatGPT isn't in our stack. We've built proprietary AI workflows that allow us to research your market, analyse your competitors, and produce finished deliverables with a level of speed, relevance, and accuracy that would normally take a full agency weeks. That's our competitive edge. Every piece of content you see on this page was built from original research into your brand, your audience, and what's actually working in your market right now.
What's a VSL funnel?
A VSL is a video sales letter. It's a long-form explainer video designed to call out a real pain point in your market, position you as the expert in your field, and lay out why your offer is the obvious solution. The funnel is the system built around that video. It runs on autopilot: ads bring in viewers, the VSL sells them, a qualifier filters out anyone who isn't a fit, and email sequences follow up with everyone else. The goal is to ethically serve as many new clients as possible without you manually chasing every lead.
Can't I just use these deliverables on my own?
Absolutely. Everything on this page is real, finished work you can take and start using in your business this week. Scripts, emails, ad copy, funnel strategy, it's all yours regardless of whether we work together. What we've found is that most business owners start strong but get buried in the technical side: setting up automations, configuring ad campaigns, building landing pages, connecting tracking. It adds up fast. That's why we offer a complete done-for-you service. We handle every piece of the implementation so nothing stalls and the system actually launches.
What exactly do you do?
We put more clients through your door. The marketing systems on this page are well-established, proven to work for service-based businesses, and used religiously by the biggest players in every industry. Every piece is already built for you. We implement the full system, launch it, and make data-driven adjustments along the way to keep performance improving.
What do I get out of it?
Qualified booked appointments through this funnel - and you only pay per qualified booked appointment. These are warm prospects who have already watched your VSL, understand your offer, and chosen to book. You're closing warm leads, not pitching cold ones. Once the system is producing, it scales: the same funnel can deliver 5x the volume with incremental budget increases. You only pay for the qualified booked appointments we produce.
How will this work for me?
These systems work because they follow the same structure that the highest-performing service businesses in the world use to acquire clients through paid media. The difference is that every piece has been customised around your specific brand, your positioning, and the gaps we found in your market. None of it's generic. We launch, watch the data, and optimise based on what the numbers tell us.
How do I film scripted content?
We give you the revised scripts with production notes and you film them however works best for you. Showing your face is preferred but not a requirement. You can film on your phone, read from a teleprompter if you have one, or record line by line. We handle all the editing. The scripts provided on this page can be knocked out in a single afternoon.
I've tried ads and they didn't work.
That usually means the ads were running without a system behind them. Our ad strategy starts by using AI to analyse which ads are generating the most revenue in your industry right now. From there, we build many variations that run simultaneously. Not every ad will be a winner. It's a game of maths and probability, and by running enough variations, the winners surface fast. The other piece is that the ads are only the top of the funnel. Every viewer who clicks gets sent to a page built to nurture them through the rest of the system: the VSL sells, a form qualifies, and email follows up. The ads work because everything behind them is designed to convert.
